N&rsquo;oubliez pas que des facteurs tels que votre <em>niveau d&rsquo;activit\u00e9<\/em>, votre \u00e2ge et <em>votre taille peuvent augmenter ou diminuer la taille de vos portions !<\/em> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fcb9004d\"><strong>Vous voulez un exemple ?<\/strong><br\/>Un pot de Nutella standard contient 350 g de Nutella. Une portion de Nutella correspond \u00e0 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe, soit 15 g. <br\/>1 pot de Nutella = environ 23 portions.<br\/>Si vous avez 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de Nutella, c&rsquo;est la portion que vous avez choisie &#8211; et cette portion choisie contient trois portions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vous ne savez pas \u00e0 quoi ressemble une portion dans la pratique ?
