La chaleur du soleil se fait enveloppante et nous donne \u00e9nergie et vigueur, un \u00e9lan de renouveau qui nous encourage \u00e0 renouer avec nos objectifs et \u00e0 s\u2019engager avec volont\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n<p>Le printemps, c\u2019est aussi le r\u00e9veil de la nature. Les parcs, les jardins et les for\u00eats fleurissent et reprennent vie. Ces paysages naturels offrent un d\u00e9cor parfait dans lequel se promener ou rouler afin de favoriser la sant\u00e9 mentale et de reprendre nos habitudes printani\u00e8res. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passer du temps \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, surtout dans les espaces verts, est bon pour nous.<\/h3>\n\n<p>La recherche le d\u00e9montre constamment : le fait de se promener dans les parcs locaux, de faire de la randonn\u00e9e en for\u00eat et de marcher sur le bord de la plage peut am\u00e9liorer l\u2019humeur et r\u00e9duire l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le stress, la tension art\u00e9rielle et les risques <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0013935118303323?via%3Dihub\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0013935118303323?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u2019asthme, d\u2019allergies, de diab\u00e8te et de maladies cardiovasculaires<\/a> (en anglais), tout en favorisant la sant\u00e9 mentale et en augmentant <a href=\"https:\/\/ehp.niehs.nih.gov\/doi\/10.1289\/ehp.1510363\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ehp.niehs.nih.gov\/doi\/10.1289\/ehp.1510363\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie<\/a> (en anglais).<\/p>\n\n<p>Mieux encore, nul besoin de passer de longues heures ext\u00e9nuantes en randonn\u00e9e p\u00e9destre pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du temps pass\u00e9 en plein air. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-019-44097-3\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-019-44097-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9tude de 2019<\/a> (en anglais) d\u00e9montre que les gens qui passent seulement deux heures par semaine ou plus \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre en meilleure sant\u00e9 et avoir un plus grand sentiment de bien-\u00eatre que les gens qui ne sortent pas du tout. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les activit\u00e9s peu exigeantes en plein air, comme la marche, procurent aussi un autre grand bienfait.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nous verrons lequel plus bas! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.participaction.com\/glossary\/exercise\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.participaction.com\/glossary\/exercise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u2019exercice<\/a>, comme pour de nombreuses habitudes, est bien souvent abandonn\u00e9 si le plaisir n\u2019est plus au rendez-vous. Ce sont de nombreux facteurs qui se conjuguent pour influencer la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous sentons lorsque nous sommes actifs, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/canada.humankinetics.com\/blogs\/physical-education-and-health\/exercise-intensity-and-enjoyment-a-trade-off\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/canada.humankinetics.com\/blogs\/physical-education-and-health\/exercise-intensity-and-enjoyment-a-trade-off\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selon les experts<\/a> (en anglais), l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e semblent avoir la plus grande influence sur notre ressenti. <\/p>\n\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les entra\u00eenements courts et intenses comme l\u2019entra\u00eenement fractionn\u00e9 de haute intensit\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.participaction.com\/glossary\/hiit\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.participaction.com\/glossary\/hiit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HIIT<\/a> [pour high-intensity interval training en anglais] ont gagn\u00e9 en popularit\u00e9 parce que leur courte dur\u00e9e convient parfaitement aux gens qui ont peu de temps. De nombreuses personnes qui ont adopt\u00e9 l\u2019entra\u00eenement HIIT disent en effet aimer que les exercices s\u2019ex\u00e9cutent en si peu de temps mais, et c\u2019est l\u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important, elles d\u00e9clarent aussi souvent trouver que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas agr\u00e9able pour elles, ce qui pourrait les d\u00e9courager de continuer \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ces d\u00e9clarations corroborent en quelque sorte les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0177719\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0177719\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autre \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a> (en anglais) qui d\u00e9montrent que la marche \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, dans un environnement naturel, am\u00e9liore l\u2019humeur de fa\u00e7on substantielle.
