{"id":1746,"date":"2024-04-16T20:18:56","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T20:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthy-starts-here.ca\/simplifying-macronutrients\/"},"modified":"2024-04-24T13:40:19","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T13:40:19","slug":"simplifying-macronutrients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/healthy-starts-here.ca\/fr\/simplifying-macronutrients\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplifier les macronutriments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les macronutriments sont divis\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : Les glucides simples et les glucides complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour la plupart des autres nutriments, il existe des sources de glucides plus ou moins b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix du type de glucides avec lequel vous alimentez votre corps est plus important que la quantit\u00e9 de glucides que vous consommez.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est aux sucres ajout\u00e9s qu&rsquo;il faut faire attention et essayer de ne pas en consommer trop souvent.<\/p>\n<p>Si les aliments riches en nutriments contiennent \u00e9galement des sucres, ce n&rsquo;est pas leur quantit\u00e9 qui doit \u00eatre prise en compte, mais plut\u00f4t les autres qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles de l&rsquo;aliment.<\/p>\n<p>Glucides simples<\/p>\n<p>Glucides complexes<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les sodas, le pain blanc, les sucreries, les jus de fruits, les aliments g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s transform\u00e9s, certains fruits*.<\/p>\n<p>Les glucides simples, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes non transform\u00e9es, les f\u00e9culents, les l\u00e9gumes, les fruits et les l\u00e9gumineuses.<\/p>\n<p>Les glucides simples mettent moins de temps \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer et nous fournissent donc rapidement de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ce qui peut provoquer un pic de glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Ils apportent des vitamines, des fibres, des min\u00e9raux et des substances phytochimiques (compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans les plantes qui ont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-maladies).<\/p>\n<p>Point de vue sant\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>La consommation de sources de glucides simples peut augmenter le risque de surpoids, de diab\u00e8te de type II, de cancers et de maladies cardiaques, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>(Cela s&rsquo;applique surtout aux aliments transform\u00e9s contenant beaucoup de sucre ajout\u00e9, plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;aux fruits !)<\/p>\n<p>Les glucides complexes peuvent vous rassasier plus longtemps, vous fournir des nutriments importants et jouent donc un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la pr\u00e9servation de votre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une alimentation riche en glucides complexes peut contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques de diab\u00e8te, de maladies cardiaques et de cancer du c\u00f4lon, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines sont le principal \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel de notre corps.<\/p>\n<p>Elles jouent un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9paration des muscles et des os, nous fournissent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et peuvent nous aider \u00e0 lutter contre les infections, entre autres choses &#8211; vous pouvez dire ce que vous voulez, les prot\u00e9ines y jouent probablement un r\u00f4le !<\/p>\n<p>Prot\u00e9ines d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/p>\n<p>Prot\u00e9ines d&rsquo;origine animale<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les noix, les l\u00e9gumineuses, les graines, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines d&rsquo;origine animale, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les viandes de toutes sortes, les poissons, les \u0153ufs, les fromages, les yaourts, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;on adopte un r\u00e9gime principalement v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, il est important de consommer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales pour s&rsquo;assurer de couvrir ses besoins en prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les produits animaux fournissent des prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9pendre uniquement des produits animaux pour couvrir ses besoins en prot\u00e9ines &#8211; vous pouvez les obtenir en mangeant une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les lipides<\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, mettons les choses au clair : les lipides alimentaires, bien qu&rsquo;ils nous fournissent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ne sont pas la m\u00eame chose que la graisse corporelle ! L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de graisse corporelle est d\u00fb \u00e0 une consommation excessive de n&rsquo;importe quel macronutriment, et pas seulement de lipides alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons besoin de lipides, entre autres, pour absorber certaines vitamines, produire diff\u00e9rentes hormones, assurer le bon d\u00e9veloppement et le bon fonctionnement du cerveau et prot\u00e9ger nos organes.<\/p>\n<p>Types de lipides : Lipides satur\u00e9s, lipides insatur\u00e9s, lipides trans<\/p>\n<p>Lipides satur\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Lipides insatur\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Lipides trans<\/p>\n<p>Quels aliments ?<\/p>\n<p>Principalement des sources animales, ainsi que l&rsquo;huile de coco et de palme (huiles tropicales), le beurre, le b\u0153uf, le porc, les produits transform\u00e9s tels que les p\u00e2tisseries (en raison de l&rsquo;utilisation de beurre et d&rsquo;huiles)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ces lipides sont normalement cireux ou solides \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Plantes : c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de l&rsquo;huile de coco et de palme), les noix et les beurres de noix, les avocats, le poisson&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les lipides insatur\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement liquides \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Elles peuvent se trouver naturellement dans les aliments (sources animales), mais sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement produites industriellement et se retrouvent donc dans les aliments frits, les aliments transform\u00e9s tels que les pizzas surgel\u00e9es, les produits de boulangerie tels que les tartes, les biscuits&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Effets sur l&rsquo;organisme<\/p>\n<p>La consommation de lipides satur\u00e9s en trop grande quantit\u00e9 peut augmenter le taux de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol et, partant, le risque de maladies cardiaques et d&rsquo;accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux (AVC).<\/p>\n<p>La consommation de lipides insatur\u00e9s peut r\u00e9duire le risque de maladies cardiaques et d&rsquo;accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, et diminuer l&rsquo;inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Augmente le mauvais cholest\u00e9rol tout en diminuant le bon cholest\u00e9rol.<\/p>\n<p>Augmente le risque d&rsquo;accident c\u00e9r\u00e9bro-vasculaire, de maladie cardiaque et de diab\u00e8te de type II, et accro\u00eet l&rsquo;inflammation dans notre corps.<\/p>\n<p>Les vitamines et les min\u00e9raux peuvent \u00eatre retrouv\u00e9s dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;aliments entiers.<\/p>\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 utiliser des aliments complets comme principale source de micronutriments et consultez toujours votre m\u00e9decin avant d&rsquo;utiliser des suppl\u00e9ments !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les macronutriments sont divis\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : Les glucides simples et les glucides complexes.
