Pour vous aider \u00e0 vous sentir bien et avoir l\u2019\u00e9nergie pour bouger pendant la journ\u00e9e, nous vous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une liste de conseils pour bien se reposer la nuit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>CONSEILS G\u00c9N\u00c9RAUX POUR UNE BONNE HYGI\u00c8NE DE SOMMEIL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Aller au lit et se r\u00e9veiller \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure tous les jours (m\u00eame les fins de semaine).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9viter la consommation de caf\u00e9ine d\u00e8s la fin de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi (ex.: caf\u00e9, th\u00e9, liqueur, chocolat, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019exposer \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle le matin \u2013 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle aide \u00e0 r\u00e9guler votre horloge biologique chaque jour.
