Mind + Brain Health

Brain health is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and therefore, plays a key role in cancer prevention.

Increased stress can lead to unhealthy behaviors such as: smoking, overeating, and/or heavy drinking, which all have been shown to increase cancer risk.

Chronic stress can also weaken your immune system, which is your primary defense against infections and diseases. A weakened immune system plays a role in the development of some types of cancer.

Our focus is to make people aware that brain health has as much of an effect on your body as nutrition and movement. We aim to provide the appropriate tools and resources to encourage and facilitate incorporating activities beneficial for mental health into  everyday life in a personalized way.
