Our focus is to provide resources and tools to help and encourage people to ​ make conscious dietary choices to make choosing healthy habits less daunting, ​ and instead make it the easy choice. 

Our program will explore: 

  • The basics of nutrition
  • Current dietary recommendations (daily requirements)
  • Understanding labels and healthy substitutions 
  • The relationship between nutrition and cancer
  • Simple and efficient cooking
  • The psychology of eating
  • Navigating barriers
  • Competing priorities (I.e., lack of time)
  • Financial constraints
  • Lack of knowledge/overview on what good nutrition can look like
